Refund policy

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the ordered goods within 14 CALENDAR DAYS from receipt, provided they HAVE NOT BEEN USED, the integrity of their packaging has not been violated, and the goods are in the condition they were received and under the conditions of Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. The transport and other costs for receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of courier fee, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a defective product is found within 24 hours of receipt and the commercial appearance of the goods and packaging is intact, we undertake to replace them with new ones or refund the value of the goods paid by you, in accordance with Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. In this case, the transport and other costs for receiving and returning the goods are at the seller’s expense. In case of discrepancy of the goods with the characteristics stated on the product description page, the supplier refunds the full amount paid by the consumer, in accordance with Art. 59, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

You must first contact us at furrycuddle.petboutique@gmail.com. Packages sent without prior contact with us will not be accepted. Note that you must send the item back to us within 14 days from the date you received the product.

If you want to exchange an item, you will need to return the product you no longer want and place a new order.
