This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Bulgarian courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from force majeure. If the force majeure event does not cease within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the event, either party has the right to notify the other party of the termination of the agreement, without any compensation for possible damages.
